Minimum requirements for this position include: • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction, or related field • 5-7 years of architecture and project management experience, as well as experience directing supporting staff • Effective manager of his/her own time, setting goals, prioritizing, estimating hours, and completing tasks on time • Self-motivated and committed to growing him/herself and the firm • Possesses sound judgment and is able to provide reasoning/support for his/her decisions • Must be able to work in-office 50% of weekly schedule

Preferred requirements include: • Registered Architect in the State of California; licensure in other U.S. state is acceptable if able to obtain California licensure within 6 months of hire.

Compensation:

The expected salary range for this role is $39.00 - $53.00 per hour. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, business needs, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
