Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of personal injury claims, including, but not limited to initial client contact, scheduling medical appointments, communicating with insurance adjusters by phone and written demands, resolving property damage, reporting claims to health insurance providers for lien resolution, and excellent client care.

Duties:

- Initiate new case protocol, including completion of new case forms, new client intake forms, retainer agreements, perform full conflict check, secure conflict waivers as needed, and complete all tabs in the client's database.

- Monitor client progress and adjust service plans as needed

- Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate services

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

- Assist attorney in negotiating settlements

Experience:

The successful candidate should possess some or all of the following skills and experience:

- One-year experience as a pre-litigation case manager in Personal Injury

- Bilingual, must speak and understand Spanish

- Experience in mentoring or coaching individuals

- Ability to supervise and support clients effectively
