Electronic Engineer Tech

Travel: Travel required between White Sands, NM and El Paso, TX to support multiple sites
What are the main functions of this role? Perform HAWK Missile system maintenance. Resolved technical problems and issues in accordance with product specifications and engineering data to recommend repair/sustainment of part replacement as determined by Technical Manuals and Troubleshooting.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Required Skill Sets:
o Analyze equipment failures to determine cause and recommend corrective action. Monitor, analyze and characterize the performance of sensor system specific test equipment. Implement preventive maintenance programs and document/manage performance and maintenance records.
o RF hardware engineering/maintenance experience. Ability to read Schematics and diagnose complex electronical Missile System problems.
o Ability to work in a military environment and extreme weather conditions.
o Ability to perform complex troubleshooting and analysis to correct/mitigate system discrepancies, errors and demonstrate Operational Readiness.
o Experience with Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers and Digital Multi-meters
o Understands how to repair and troubleshoot Transistor to Transistor logic (TTL).
o Understand how to troubleshoot and tubes that predates TTL.

o Quick learner in a stressful environment.
o Ability to work extended hours to include weekends.
o Strong teamwork skills Ability to interact productively with others.
o Work independently to develop timely and effective solutions to technical problems of various scope and complexity.
Years of Experience Required (if any): 5 years
Education Level Required: HS
How will the contractor s success be measured? Learn to operate test and repair HAWK Missile System Major End Item (MEI). (Radars, Launchers and Missiles)

Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $30.00-40.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
Please Note:
Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
