LHH Recruitment Solutions formally Accounting Principals is currently seeking a skilled Analyst with CPG experience to join a team in Parsippany, NJ. We are looking for a motivated individual with experience in analysis work, particularly in the CPG sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financials and at least 3-5 years of solid experience in the field.

Role: Contract | Hybrid

Pay Rate: $40.00 plus pending experience

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analysis work related to various aspects of the CPG industry.
  • Utilize financial data to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making processes.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Assist in the development of strategies to optimize performance and drive growth.
  • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in analysis work, preferably in the CPG industry.
  • Strong understanding of financials and financial analysis techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
