We are seeking a Project Manager for an onsite role in New Haven, CT. The ideal candidate will have substantial expertise in project oversight, scheduling, and construction management. Possess 5 to 7 years of experience in project controls, scheduling, and construction management. Experience in laboratory and research settings is a plus. Proficient understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. Exemplary communication skills and the ability to work autonomously. Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture with robust experience in construction management/administration. Candidate Qualifications Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, or a related discipline preferred. Minimum of 5 years' experience in building design, construction, architecture, or engineering. Previous experience in the Higher Education sector is desirable. Familiarity with permitting and zoning regulations. Comprehensive knowledge of construction techniques, project management frameworks, financial management, building codes, contract law, and pertinent legislation. Proven expertise in client relations, design, construction, and FF&E processes. Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks, schedules, and project deliverables. Passionate about promoting and executing projects successfully. Professional certifications are highly regarded.
