POSITION SUMMARY

Implementation of interfaces and custom solutions for Oracle ebiz 12.1.3. Modules include Inventory, Shipping, Order Management and ASCP.

Gathers business requirements through collaboration with internal/external customers. Communicates requirements to counterparts within the IT organization. Communicates technical constraints, concerns and other variables identified within IT to the business. Acts as liaison between the business units and IT. Supports the development of project proposals, business cases, project charters and related documents. Travel may be required.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESJob Knowledge/Business Focus? Understands project plans and is able to clearly articulate roles, project goals, and timelines? Assists in the collection and consolidation of required information and data.? Takes input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback? Adheres to project standards defined by project management? Accurately employs our methodology and documentation tools? Proactively carries out project support /administrative functions? Establishes reasonable deadlines and personal work plans and manages time effectively? Documents and analyzes required information and data? Prepares requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations? Understands technical design specifications? May participate in developing and conducting test plans? Takes input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback? Understands the necessity of project standards and applies them consistently? Develops internal and external meeting objectives and agendas? Prioritizes multiple tasks effectivelyManaging Resources? Creates project plans with timelines, resolves problems, controls projects, and ensures deadlines and project budgets are met, when defined as project lead? Coordinates IT/Business related activities during design, development and implementation including customer acceptance testing, customer training schedules, pilots and rollouts with development, technical, support, operation and business areasLeadership? Follows through with commitments and fosters mutual trust? Assumes additional responsibility without being askedOther? Administration/Organization: Understands the financial implications of decisions and requests as it relates to IT? Communication: Listens to others and accepts input from team members. Clearly articulates ideas and thoughts verbally. Accurately prepares written business correspondence that is coherent, grammatically correct, effective and professional.? Job Knowledge: Understands basic Internet and client/server architectures. Possesses basic knowledge of HTML. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.? Work Quality: Recommends improvements, solutions and options based on business needs and technical requirements? Work Quality: Develops and maintains usability standards? Performs additional responsibilities as assigned? Developing Others: Trains and mentors new and less experienced team members in business analysis skills? Supervisory role is limited to assigning work and reviewing work of others, does not conduct performance reviews? KEY QUALIFICATIONS:Education

Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science or related field

Years of ExperienceA minimum of 6 years of in-depth business experience with the bulk of that experience serving a business/IT liaison role

Required Skills

? Experience in business analysis and providing business solutions? Basic knowledge of systems development cycles, methodologies, and work flow diagramming? Knowledge of company's business and technical environmentsExcellent analytical, problem solving, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
