Responsibilities

•Preparing and serving drinks
•Bartenders mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, such as beer, wine, mixed drinks, and liquor, according to recipes and customer orders. They may also prepare garnishes before opening
•Managing the bar
•Bartenders keep the bar clean and organized, attractively display liquor bottles and glasses, and restock supplies
•Providing customer service
•Bartenders greet customers, take orders, and ensure customer satisfaction. They should be friendly and professional, and able to work in a fast-paced, stressful, or loud environment
•Following safety and sanitation procedures
•Bartenders should adhere to all local and national liquor laws, and follow proper cash and credit card handling procedures

Qualifications

•Prior bartending experience
•Strong customer service skills
