As a Bilingual Community Health Worker for Swope Health at our West Clinic, you will be a part of a team of caregivers that help the people in our community who need it the most. The Community Health Worker provides a variety of direct services to our patients. The Community Health worker acts as an advocate for the patient, acting as a go-between between our providers and patients.If you have a passion for service and helping others. This is the role for you.Successful Candidate will have:High school diploma or GED equivalent.Patience and ability to establish rapport with this population.Flexible schedule and transportation.Knowledgeable about diverse clientele.Ability to write clearly and distinctly.Bi-lingual preferred. Open to taking certification exam within a year of hire date.
