Lacroix is hiring for a full-time server for breakfast and lunch meal periods. This is a full-time position with full benefits, including paid time off, medical and dental insurance, and more.

**Essential Job Functions**
* Take food and beverage orders and input into POS system
* Ensure orders are delivered to guests correctly and in a discrete manner
* Ensure overall guest satisfaction
* Ability to manage several tasks at the same time & communicate needs to kitchen and support staff.
* Ensure necessary inventory of restaurant supplies, if needed, and ensure communication with management.
* Abide by state, federal & corporate liquor requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.
* Act as the point person for all guests in assigned station.
* Assist AM Asst. Restaurant manager with content for new employees 90-day reviews. Able to give specifics on areas of focus and action plans to help new hires achieve goals.
* Complete assigned shift side-work as outlined in the hotels operating policies and procedures.
* Perform cash handling responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHMs EarthView program.
* Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment & follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
* Perform other duties as requested by management.
**Position Requirements**
* High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Previous restaurant experience required.
**Work Environment and Context**
* Work schedule varies and will include working on holidays and weekends.
* Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 35 pounds, bending and reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching
**Compensation Details**
Compensation: Hourly ($6.00) plus tips
