As a **Customer Service Technician** based in Allen, TX you will have responsibility for calibrating, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of Anritsu test equipment including, but not limited to, Vector Signal Generators, Vector Signal Analyzers, Base Station Emulators.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Repair may be at the component level

* Using a variety of test and measurement equipment along with various tools to complete repair and/or calibration of equipment

* Ensure appropriate quality standards are maintained and adhered to both at the workstation and in the lab in general

* Review and implement product specific service notes and change order

* This position will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager based in Allen, TX

Requirements :

* Associates Degree in Electronic Technology or equivalent

* Minimum 3 years of electronic technician experience, including troubleshooting down to the component level

* Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IS17025 standards

* Proficiency in Microsoft applications

* Proficiency in running a test station in an automated application

* Proficiency in reading schematics, drawings, bill of materials, test procedures, and maintenance manuals

* Experience with ERP system (issuing labor and material to repair work orders, generating certificates of calibration, etc)

* PMEL experience preferred
