Position: Triage RN

Location: 87th Ave.

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00a-5:00p

Compensation: New hires start between $36.75-$45.25 and placement in the range is based on evaluation of experience.

Responsibilities include: in-basket management to ensure smooth workflow, triage patients to facilitate timely care, empower patients with healthcare information and advocate for patient's well-being.

Required qualifications:
  • Active unencumbered Washington RN license or active multi-state RN licensure required. (Active Washington license within 60 days of hire or transfer if use multi-state licensure required.)
  • Active unencumbered Oregon RN license within 60 days of hire or transfer required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Provider certification required.
  • Work unsupervised while functioning as a team member.


Pay Range:
$34.15 - $51.23

Vancouver Clinic offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, long term disability, health savings account, flexible spending account, employee assistance program, and multiple supplemental benefits (voluntary life, critical illness, accident, hospital indemnity, identity theft protection, legal services, etc.). We also offer a 401k retirement plan, with employer contributions after your first year of employment. Benefits-eligible employees accrue PTO and Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked, totaling 120 hours in the first year for full time staff and 200 hours in the first year for full time supervisors and above, increasing in subsequent years. PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
