Non-Billable Hours =0.0 Echo Technician The hours are Monday through Friday 8:00-4:30, weekend rotation, holiday call rotation, and rotation between inpatient and outpatient facilities Qualifications: Must have must have six months of full-ti me paid experience in the operation of an EKG machine withinhe last three years OR successful completion of a course in the operation of an EKG machine within thelast three years. Experience with terminology and EKG rhythms is required. Must successfully passpre-employment health clearance. Duties: Responsible for processing EKG's for patient care. Transcribe, edit and distribute EKC's to patient careareas for inclusion in medical record. Will need to be able to scan, process and distribute Holter Monitorests results to the Cardiologist for review and then edit for inclusion in patient medical record.
