What are the hours and pay?
1st shift 6:00 AM- 4:30 PM Monday – Thursday (plus overtime as needed on Fridays)
Regular Pay $28-$35/hour -Pay is based on experience.
What is the job?
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Program and operate the coordinate measuring machine (CMM)
Inspect parts to ensure conformance
Perform First Article Inspection in Accordance with drawing requirements
Work with a team to meet manufacturing deadlines
CMM Operating, Programming and Romer arm experience Required -PCDMIS
Collect Measurement data for FAI reports
Review routers to ensure that upstream operations have been completed and signed off
Collect and provide data required for PPAP process
Complete non-conforming material notices required for rejected parts
Inspect Incoming and Outgoing materials for compliance, specifications, and conformance requirements.
What do you bring to the job?
Associate degree or some technical training (preferred)
Blueprint reading skills
Thorough knowledge of GD&T
Experience with precise measurement tools, such as calipers and micrometers
Machine shop math skills
Attention to detail
You’ll be part of a family culture where your contributions are noticed and recognized.
