To realize this dream, we are seeking a highly motivated Finance Director with startup and/or SMB experience to drive revenue growth and investments in the DACH and US markets , and lead our small finance team to manage daily finances. As a Head of Finance, you'll be a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, providing financial leadership and guidance during this exciting period as you help us grow from a 60-people scale-up to 150+ professional services powerhouse. you have done all aspects of finance, and know how to build and scale finance systems and teams from 0 to 1to 10. Action-oriented system optimizer

- you are eager to learn, give and receive candid feedback to grow. You let others speak and seek to understand their viewpoints. What will you do? Control and manage daily financial operations

including accounting, bank payments, payroll, accounts receivable/payable, month-end closing, year-end closing and tax changes/refunds. Ensure legal and audit compliance in line with applicable laws , regulations, and company policies, develop and

implement internal controls and processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information and data . Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's overall goals and objectives, and

work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure that financial considerations are integrated into all key business decisions . Manage all financial relationships

with internal and external stakeholders, and

provide regular updates to the executive team on key financial metrics and KPIs . Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, including recruiting, training, and developing team members, and ensuring that the team is aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. Analyze financial data and market trends

to identify potential risks and opportunities for our company, and provide strategic guidance and advice to the senior leadership team on financial matters. Manage debt and financing arrangements

for SnapSoft, and identify opportunities for additional capital to support our growth and expansion in the US market. Drive continuous improvement and optimization of financial operations and processes , and identify and implement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs. What is your experience level? Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred 6+ years of experience in financial and accounting management, preferably in the tech industry or in a professional services company undergoing rapid growth or expansion Multiple years of experience in start-up, scale-up or SMB in a financial leadership role (manager and above) Strong financial analysis and modelling skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop actionable insights and recommendations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with the executive team, clients and other external stakeholders Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a finance team and work collaboratively with other members of SnapSoft and the senior leadership team Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with a track record of driving financial results and achieving business goals Knowledge of Hungarian accounting and tax laws and regulations, as well as experience working with Hungarian financial institutions Nice-to-have qualifications Experience with fundraising and financing, including debt and equity financing, as well as familiarity with financial instruments and capital markets Knowledge of US accounting and tax laws and regulations, as well as experience working with US-based investors and lenders, preferred What we offer A company culture based on autonomy and accountability Cool office with a great location in Budapest, nearby Deak Ferenc Square / Astoria Macbook and any useful Mac gadgets: to be the most efficient in your daily tasks Company-sponsored trips to relevant, professional conferences Medicover Health Insurance English course with native teachers AYCM SportPass contribution, yoga at the office, SnapSoft football Regular cocktail parties, team buildings, an annual all-staff 3-day summer retreat
