REQUIRED: - 10 year of experience - Must be licensed in good standing by the RI Department of Health as an MD/DO. - Must possess a current Rhode Island and Federal Controlled Substance Certificate. Authority to prescribe Buprenorphine/Suboxone preferred. - Must be board certified by the American Board of Family Practice.
