Demonstrates SoundOff Signal's Core Values in daily interactions with internal and external customers.

The IT Helpdesk intern will provide first-level support for our employees, addressing issues related to computer systems, hardware, and software.

Respond to helpdesk tickets and provide solutions for hardware and software issues.

Assist in setting up and configuring new workstations, laptops, and peripherals.

Support the maintenance of our IT inventory and asset management.

Collaborate with the IT team to deploy updates and patches to systems.

Participate in the documentation of IT procedures and knowledgebase articles.

Help in troubleshooting network issues, including WI-FI connectivity and printer setup.

Provide excellent customer service to end-users, ensuring a positive experience.

Other duties as assigned.

Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Computer science, information technology, or related field.

Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Eagerness to learn and contribute to team success.

Previous experience in a helpdesk or customer service role is a plus.

Mostly office environment, occasional light manufacturing environment

Fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Low noise level in a temperature-controlled setting

Mostly normal business hours with occasional need to flex hours

Salary Description

$19/hr
