JOB SUMMARY
  • One who is a model of Christian character who lives out TPCC Staff Values and Norms: Humility, Hunger, Surrender, Grow, Multiply, Grateful, Generous, Flexible, Engaged, Balanced, Grace-filled, and Aligned
  • A model of spiritually maturing discipleship as a member of TPCCs leadership residency program
  • Primarily responsible for fulfilling the training and duties assigned as a leadership resident
PRIMARY JOB PRODUCTS
  • Growing knowledge and expertise in ministry
  • Complete experience in every facet of ministry area
  • Active participation in roundtable discussions
  • Increased knowledge through completion of assigned reading
  • Directed participation in multi-site experience
  • Key participation in an all-church serving opportunity (special needs prom, Easter, Christmas, etc.)
  • Harmonious relationships with other staff members, facilitating inter-team collaboration
  • Successful execution of ministry duties as assigned.
RELATIONSHIPS
  • Serve under the general oversight of and report directly to the assigned ministry mentor
  • Participate as a full member of the support staff, attending such meetings and special events as required
CLASSIFICATION

Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt

Full or Part Time: Full Time (There may be occasions when it will be necessary to work evenings and/or weekends. In these cases, every effort will be made to adjust hours during the weekday to assure that the total worked is no more than 40 hours per week.)
