DescriptionJob Summary: Providing excellent customer service to handle incoming guest reservations. They connect and understand the guests needs and make the correct reservation. The reservationist role involves crafting guest experience and informing the guest of all of the offerings of the ranch. They also ensure guest stays are smooth. They communicate with guests at the highest level of hospitality and integrity and accommodate guest's special requests whenever possible. This position is Part Time, and free lunch during every shift. The starting rate of pay is $15.00 plus. TJob Responsibilities/Duties: Takes guest reservationsWorks the telephone consoleAnswers questionsTransfers callsMakes copiesActs as information centralHandles guest complaintsArranges for guest transportBasic Qualifications & SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent Must be flexible regarding scheduling based on business demands including nights, weekends and Holidays as neededDesiredQualifications&TraitsPrevious Reservationist experiencePrior experience with computer system (Preferred not required)Proven teamworkProjects professional image that inspires trust and confidenceEnthusiastic and positive energy
