Heartland Women's Healthcare, an Advantia Health partner is GROWING and looking to add a member to our team. We are seeking a part-time Custodian to join our growing team. This will be a part-time position working in our Centralia location.

The ideal candidate will maintain and care for our buildings, minor maintenance and repairs, removing debris, general cleaning tasks, and security duties. The position requires constant monitoring of cleanliness to ensure company standards. Working hours can be determined with on-site manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform and document routine inspection with minor maintenance duties to identify and report possible repairs.
  • Clean all rooms; processes include gathering and disposing of trash, floor care, and cleaning surfaces.
  • Complete special cleaning projects as assigned.
  • Sterilize sinks, toilets, and common facility areas.
  • Maintaining stock levels.
  • Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
  • Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.
