Program/Department: Gateway Learning Center

Job Title: Enrollment Coordinator

Reports To: Learning Center Director

Job Overview: The coordinator is responsible for the admissions process and marketing duties in coordination with the Director.

As a member of the Gateway OneTeam, you will support and demonstrate an understanding of the church's mission: living the Jesus-centered mission. Key qualifications include possessing a character that reflects biblical godliness, demonstrating a meaningful, personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and active involvement in a local body of Christian believers.

Job Status: Part-time, 20-25 hrs/week

Salary Range: $18 - $20/hr

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Answers all Learning Center campus inquires.
  • May assist with scheduling and conducting tours and student visits if necessary.
  • Manage the waiting list, keeping it up-to-date for use by the LC Director.
  • Manages and follows up with the correspondence of online applications and online enrollments.
  • Manages and assists families with all aspects through enrollment.
  • Collaborates with the Learning Center Director to develop and implement marketing/advertising strategies for the Learning Center.
  • Ensure all student immunizations remain compliant with Washington State guidelines..
  • Submit monthly billing for DSHS and Naval Subsidies families to the Accounting Department.
  • Assists with the coordination and annual enrollment updates.

  • Clear understanding of Gateway Christian Schools' mission, goals, and programs
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills for effective communication with students, teachers, staff, and parents
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates persistence and commitment to seeing tasks through to completion.
  • Naturally inspires enthusiasm and encourages teamwork, creating momentum and engagement among colleagues.
Schedule:
  • Variable hours, Monday-Friday, day shift.
