Pay: $18.00 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

As an Expeditor, you will play a vital role in supporting our Buyers and Planners by:

  • Gathering shipping and delivery details from suppliers
  • Inputting information accurately into the system
  • Following up with suppliers on open purchase orders as needed
  • Validating planning parameters under the guidance of the Buyer/Planner
Requirements:
  • An Associate Degree in business strongly preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of purchasing experience using computer-based systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including lookup and pivot tables, and Outlook
  • Touch-typing proficiency with accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Adaptability to changing environments and ability to perform under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
