Job Description
We are looking for people who want to advance with their natural ability in communicating and building relationships with other people. You will use your natural talents of communicating and building relationships to grow in a company that awards financial compensation for using these talents. There are no outside sales and no
cold-calling
required
for this position. We have a large database of established clients, and new customers call us and come in to do business with us daily.
You will
be responsible for
engaging with customers to educate them and build value for our products and
services, and
make our products as relevant and accessible to as many people as possible. To be successful in this role, you must
possess
integrity, excellent communication skills, and a work ethic. We will train you in our
industry, and
educate you with daily and weekly
trainings
until you become an expert in our industry.

range
from $22 per hour to $40 per
hour
which includes base salary plus commissions.
We offer a competitive salary and commission structure, as well as

Requirements

Qualifications:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) or higher
Ability to pass a background test
Ability to pass a drug test

Must be present working at our Salem office.
