Job Purpose:

The Bilingual Recruiter will be responsible for finding and contacting highly qualified applicants for assigned openings including interviewing, and/or testing candidates, to make sure they're a good fit, and staying in contact with hiring managers to be aware of impending requirements. The Bilingual Recruiter will also be responsible for the coordination and delivery of initiatives that amplify the employee experience, and play a key role in every aspect of the job placement process.

Description of Essential Duties:
  • Responsible for recruiting efforts assigned for PFE by sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels.
  • Post job openings to job boards and social media communities.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive employee environment by championing and supporting employee needs; ensures the company culture/values/brand remain an on-going focus.
  • Develop and maintain staffing relationships with staffing agencies.
  • Maintain constant communication with hiring managers to learn about their needs in terms of hiring.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Negotiate job offers and manage the hiring process for successful candidates.
  • Develop relevant interview questions.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Maintain a current inventory of job titles with a description of required technical skills and necessary certification and licensing requirements.
  • Assist with company-wide recruiting initiatives, including onboarding and new hire orientation.
  • Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods.
  • Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

Qualification Requirements:

(To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. These may be varied based on specific requirements of a location or project)
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology or the equivalent preferred
  • A minimum of two (2) years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
  • Knowledge of traditional and social recruiting strategies.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in both writing and speaking English and Spanish.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and colleagues alike.
  • Physical presence in the office during work hours for impromptu meetings and access to information/data is necessary for the position.
  • Experience with recruitment software and tools such as applicant tracking systems, HRIS, LinkedIn, and job boards.
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office.
  • Strong aptitude for organization.
  • High sense of urgency, ability, and willingness to meet deadlines.
  • Strives to automate processes and procedures.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
