The Sales Manager is an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. This is a full-time position for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success as a leader, and will be well-versed in systems and business models in the lending space (this is not a requirement). Sales Manager needed for a leading hard money lender specializing in real estate financing solutions in the Boca Raton area. In addition, he/she demonstrates on a daily basis the management ability, knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving buyer agent who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and seeking win-win agreements. This person has a track record of leadership and has experience in the finance world. They have risen to the top of leadership positions in every area of their business, career, and personal life. They are dynamic, highly assertive, passionate, people-oriented individuals who operate with a high level of urgency. They have strong communication skills and naturally connect with others. When people who know them describe them, they point to their energy and passion as their most dominant characteristics.
