A new developing private asset lender is looking for an Account Manager This company provides loans ranging from $100,000 to 3M to residential real estate investors.

The loan processor/account manager will be responsible for processing the loans from start to finish. You will be the main contact for financial functions and providing support and reports to business owners and stakeholders.

Title: Account Manager, Real Estate Loans

Location: Westport, CT

Compensation: $90.000 to $100,000

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing credit and background for each file to ensure their loan profile falls within our guidelines.
  • Work closely with other team members, including loan officers, underwriters, and closing agents, to facilitate seamless communication and coordination throughout the loan processing life cycle.
  • Ordering and reviewing appraisal, title and insurance. Making sure each vendor has the correct loan terms to ensure a smooth closing.
  • Interfacing and communicating with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing and underwriting tasks.
  • Coordinating timelines with borrowers title companies, insurance agents, appraisers, and third-party vendors to obtain necessary information.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing assistance, answering queries, and guiding them through the loan application process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service, addressing concerns promptly, and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain and update loan application pipelines, tracking the status of each
  • Application, identifying bottlenecks, and proactively addressing issues to ensure timely processing

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in business or related field
  • 2+ years in banking and lending
  • Real estate experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial oriented
