Job DescriptionJob Description: Process/Production Engineer with ISO9001 ExpertisePosition Overview:We are seeking a skilled Process/Production Engineer with a strong background in ISO9001 quality management systems, quality control, and process improvement methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effectively managing ISO9001 systems, conducting audits, implementing quality control measures, and optimizing manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes.Responsibilities:ISO9001 Management:Oversee the day-to-day management of the ISO9001 quality management system.Coordinate and conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO9001 standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.Maintain accurate documentation and records related to ISO9001 processes.Quality Control:Develop and implement robust quality control processes to ensure the consistency and reliability of products.Establish inspection procedures, sampling plans, and quality checkpoints throughout the production lifecycle.Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends, potential defects, and areas for improvement.Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality-related issues.Process Improvement:Utilize lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies to analyze existing processes for inefficiencies and areas of waste.Design and implement process optimization initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce defects, and lower production costs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement projects.Train and mentor team members on process improvement methodologies.Growth Opportunities:Identify opportunities for expansion and growth within the production processes.Propose and lead projects that drive operational efficiency, increase capacity, and enhance overall product quality.Collaborate with management to develop strategies for scaling up production while maintaining quality standards.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.Proven experience (5+ years) in process or production engineering, with a focus on ISO9001 compliance, quality control, and process improvement.Strong understanding of ISO9001 standards and experience in managing ISO9001 systems and audits.Proficiency in setting up inspection processes, quality control methodologies, and statistical process control (SPC).Familiarity with lean manufacturing and six sigma principles; certification is desirable.Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead root cause analysis efforts.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Project management experience with the ability to drive initiatives from conception to implementation.Willingness to stay current with industry trends and advancements in manufacturing and quality practices.Benefits:Competitive compensation package.Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and retirement plans.Opportunity for professional development and training in advanced process improvement methodologies.Engaging and inclusive work environment that fosters innovation and growth.Chance to contribute directly to the company's success through impactful process improvements.If you are a results-oriented professional with a passion for process optimization, quality management, and ISO9001 compliance, we encourage you to apply.
