SBM Management is searching for a Floor Technician that can make the floors sparkle and shine We are hiring a Floor Technician that has experience ensuring customers have clean and orderly commercial or office space. Professional communication with the customers to make sure their expectations are met is essential. Responsibilities * Vacuuming * Mopping * Bonneting * Extraction (wet/dry) * Strip & wax floor * Polish floors * Carpet spot removal * Transport equipment, tools and supplies * Move furniture before/after clean * Communicate changes, progress or problem areas Qualifications * 1+ year Floor Tech experience required * Experience in the janitorial industry required, * Must be able to pass drug test and background check Shift: Wed-Sat 6:00 pm - 4:30 am Compensation: $16.50 - $16.54 per hour SBM Management Services, LP and its affiliates are proud to be equal-opportunity workplaces.
