POSITION OVERVIEW

A rapidly growing, entrepreneurial technology company, Alarm.com is seeking a Customer Success Associate to join its Supply Chain team. As a fast, growing company, Alarm.com is looking for a tactical- focused Associate with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships. This role will focus on supply chain fulfillment activities for our Partner base with the aim of improving Alarm.com's overall customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES Process orders accurately and timely. Ensure alignment between inventory availability and Partner needs. Manage Return Material Authorizations (RMA's) and stock rotation requests Maintains high degree of quality control and accuracy of completed work. Resolve discrepancies (orders, RMAs, invoices); collaborate with necessary departments as needed. Act as a liaison of information and communicate effectively between Alarm.com Supply Chain, Technical Support, Product Management, Sales, Billing, Finance and external Partners. Collaborate cross-functionally throughout product roadmap transitions (new product launch; old product ending its sale; major feature updates) to ensure cohesive customer experience. Create and/or refine standard operating procedures (SOP) to workflows; identify and implement process improvements. Work with technical teams to develop and/or enhance automation solutions which reduce manual processing. Ad-hoc support - at times, the Supply Chain world can be hectic and it's necessary that everyone from the team pitch in to complete a task or project Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS

Experience in tactical order management support (1-3 years) Experience in post-sale account management, customer service or cross-functional support (1-2 years) Excellent verbal communication skills - ability to represent Supply Chain in a positive light, both virtually and in person, amongst various stakeholders. Excellent written communication skills (email; chat; documentation) Self-starter who can operate independently, critically analyze and problem-solve. Ability and strong commitment to meet deadlines, even during high volume periods Team player with a positive attitude and high-degree of flexibility Must be computer proficient, ability to learn Alarm.com platforms and tools Nice-to-have platform experience: Microsoft Teams; PowerBI; Zendesk; Slack Nice to have experience: inventory management or any Supply Chain-related function WHY WORK FOR ALARM.COM?
