Applicants must be dynamic, sociable, and enthusiastic team players; while possessing a positive "can-do" attitude, excellent judgement, and communication skills. As a Closing Specialist II, you will be responsible for processing and disbursing files to include, preparing various types of closing statements, sending out and scanning loan documents, payoffs, deeds, finalizing e-returns, 1099 maintenance, and file tracking, along with overseeing the final stages of real estate transactions, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared accurately and efficiently. The Closing Specialist II plays a crucial role in facilitating the closing process, coordinating with various parties involved, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

To be successful in this role, applicants will need to possess a high attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and work under pressure, superior phone, and customer service skills, along with advanced computer skills on Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Previous title or real estate experience is a plus; and the ability to put the customer first is a must.
