We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Dietitian like you to be a part of our team.Job Summary and QualificationsUnder the supervision of the Clinical Nutrition Manager provides total nutritional care as a member of the health care team. The Clinical Dietitian assesses nutritional needs of patients; develops and implements nutritional care plans; communicates information pertinent to the nutritional care of the patient through written records systems. Provides high quality care to patients. Develops and maintains regular and therapeutic meals/menus. Provides nutrition counseling to neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients and families and/or significant other. Participates in the supervision of the Nutrition Services Personnel. The Clinical Dietitian strives daily to fulfill the objectives of the Food and Nutrition Services.What qualifications you will need:Bachelor's degree in DieteticsRegistered Dietitian (RD) by the Commission on DieteticRegistration (CDR)or Graduate Dietitian who willtake and pass RD exam within 1 yr ofstart date (condition of employment).At least 1 year of experience preferredHCA Florida Kendall Hospital is located in west Miami-Dade County. Our acute care facility has 417-beds. Our services include trauma, burn, surgical, women’s and children’s services, behavioral health and diagnostic services. We have two full service free-standing ER facilities. HCA Florida Kendall Hospital has received the Distinguished Hospital Award for Overall Clinical Excellence from HealthGrades.
