Full-Stack Developer Job Summary: We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer who is fluent in Python/Node.js, React, Docker, PostgreSQL, and AWS and knows how to use Claude Code to move faster, write cleaner code, and ship production-grade systems efficiently. This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll design, build, and maintain scalable applications end-to-end. You'll also help define best practices for AI-assisted development, integrating Claude Code into the daily build, review, and deploy cycle. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js (backend) and React (frontend). Build and manage APIs, microservices, and event-driven backends optimized for AWS. Use Claude Code for intelligent code generation, refactoring, and documentation while maintaining human-level oversight and architectural control. Create and manage PostgreSQL database schemas, queries, and performance tuning. Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate builds/deployments on AWS (ECS, EKS, or EC2). Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for testing, deployment, and release automation. Write clean, modular, and testable code with strong adherence to best practices. Collaborate with designers and product owners to iterate quickly while maintaining technical excellence. Drive the adoption of AI-assisted coding workflows across the engineering team.
