Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Non CdL Local Route Driver to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a company vehicle on local routes and providing exceptional, security-focused customer service. You will play a key role in ensuring the secure and timely delivery of customer materials, upholding Iron Mountain's commitment to service excellence. What You'll Do (Responsibilities) Operate and maintain a company Non CdL vehicle safely and efficiently throughout your assigned local route, ensuring all security procedures are strictly followed. Manage the complete logistics of the route, including the secure loading, transport, and delivery/pickup of materials, while accurately preparing all required paperwork and records. Collaborate with dispatch and customers to ensure timely order delivery and exhibit strong customer service and verbal communication skills as the face of Iron Mountain. What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) At least one (1) year of preferred experience in route transportation or a similar field. Strong knowledge of safe driving practices, vehicle maintenance, and the ability to maintain all security procedures for sensitive customer assets. Proven ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, including routinely lifting up to 70 pounds and carrying/moving bins up to 350 pounds over various terrains. A valid Non CdL Driver's License with a good driving record and a minimum age of 21.
