Responsibilities Include:Financial Interview for Medicaid application processHaving pt/family sign authorization and order all documents related to applicationOrder all documents and follow up with financial institutionsFile Medicaid application/conversionsFollow up with case workerFile fair hearing and attend if necessaryBudget corrections if necessaryYearly medicaid recertificationEnrollments in mandatory MLTC plansEducate families about income payments and requesting signaturesDiscuss with Private Patients finance optionsGuardianship petition when necessaryHMO disenrollments, MLTC enrollmentsPrepare any requests from comprehensive related to establishment and continuation of payer sourcesExperience necessary, experience in long term care preferred
Salary : based on experience
