If so, weve got the perfect opportunity for you Were on the hunt for a detail-obsessed Accounting Specialist (AR/AP) to keep our financial operations running like a well-oiled machine. From billing and payroll to job cost tracking and vendor reconciliation, this role is at the heart of our business. If youre ready to roll up your sleeves and bring precision and professionalism to every transaction, we want you on our team. What Youll Do: Manage AR billing, customer setups, and recurring invoices Handle monthly and T&M billingsaccurately and on time Follow up with engineers/owners during billing and track certified payrolls Set up contracts and reconcile values at billing close Submit 1099s, manage W9s, and stay IRS-compliant Reconcile AR/AP and job costs each month Set up jobs, import estimates, and update cost-to-complete reports Process invoices, pay applications, and credit card entries in Timberline & Timberscan Organize field paperwork and scan documents efficiently Manage weekly reports, check runs, and communication with Project Managers Print, scan, and mail checksplus final waivers and payment stubs Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies quickly Provide backup support for payroll, trucking, and other special projects What You Bring: 2+ years of experience in AR/AP or accounting-related roles (preferred) Proficiency in Timberline, Timberscan, or similar accounting software Strong understanding of financial reporting & billing workflows Laser-sharp attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong communication and teamwork skills What Youll Get: Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Paid Time Off (PTO) A friendly, collaborative workplace Early out Fridays (yes, really) MondayThursday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM 2:30 PM Job Type: Full-time Compensation: Based on experience Apply today to be part of a trusted and growing company that values accuracy, collaboration, and your professional growth Equal Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans. #J-18808-Ljbffr
