You will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, delivering superior service, and supporting our team of advisors. This position requires a deep understanding of wealth management products, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to service excellence. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships by acting as the primary point of contact for clients. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on account activities. Assist in client onboarding and account setup processes. Administrative Support: Handle scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination for Financial Advisors. Prepare and process client documentation, including account forms, transfer requests, and updates. Maintain accurate client records in the firm's CRM system. Prepare reports and materials for client meetings. Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth processes and timely client service. Coordinate with custodians, third-party teams, and the operations team to facilitate transactions. Monitor and follow up on pending client requests. Compliance and Regulation: Adhere to all FINRA and company policies and regulations. Maintain client confidentiality and ensure data privacy. Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and client experience. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technology. Participate in relevant training sessions. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Client Service Specialist. Series 65 preferred or willingness to obtain within 18 months. Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, CRM, Salesforce, and Adobe. Strong organizational, time?management, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to change. High level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
