PAY $1,400-$1,600 weekly average Hourly pay model: - A Shift: $22/hr + $33/hr OT - B Shift: $24/hr + $36/hr OT Weekend Start Premiums: - A Shift: $24/hr, $36/hr OT - B Shift: $26/hr, $39/hr OT OT after 40 50-55 hours/week High-hours. WHAT YOU'LL DO Local inbound automotive parts runs (assembly freight) Home daily 1-7 trips per shift 1-50 mile hauls No-touch freight Drop & hook + some live load 10-12 hour shifts Steady 50-55 hours/week Simple, repeatable, reliable work. SCHEDULES A Shift: 5AM-5PM B Shift: 5PM-5AM 4-day or 5-day workweeks Plant schedule: A Shift: Sun-Fri B Shift: Mon-Sat Drivers get structure, not chaos.
