Key Responsibilities

  • Setup and maintain inventory items in Infor and standard packaging changes from Buyers.
  • Create and maintain vendor product lines.
  • Maintain discontinued-obsolete items notifications on SharePoint.
  • Identify and manage all aspects of SDS items and files using Max Recall.
  • Receive updates and maintain SharePoint & Infor with vendor info/SDS/spec sheets.
  • Import vendor pricing files into Infor.
  • Work with Rebate Specialists, Accounting Clerks & Buyers to resolved pricing issues.
  • Help with daily reports, team projects and other duties as needed or requested.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.
Skills Needed
  • Attention to detail a must.
  • Communication skills requiring diplomacy in difficult situation with customers and employee relations.
  • Microsoft Office Excel and Word with mathematical and typing skills a must.
  • Strong problem solving and organization skills
