Requirements: Develop new business relationships & maintain existing relationships with clients, manage expectations and ensure exceptional client service Manage & coordinate tax compliance and tax advisory engagements Oversee the compliance management process and adapt to process challenges Contribute to a flexible, stable, and team-oriented working culture Provides top-level review of federal and multi-state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts Understanding of U.S. GAAP accounting rules and pronouncements Manage, mentor & supervise staff on all aspects of income tax planning, preparation, filing and Financial Statement preparation Prepare Federal & State income tax returns, and tax planning, structure, research and compliance for Corporations, Partnerships, Trusts, Estates, Non-profits, Individuals and related entities Create and Review Prepared & Compiled Financial Statements Qualifications:

CPA License & strong technical tax research experience 8+ years of Public Accounting experience Experience doing top-level review of income tax returns & financial statements Short term & Long term Disability coverage
