Accounts Payable Processor This position is responsible for processing, tracking, and recording payments in an accurate and timely manner impacting our financial transactions. This position is responsible for approaching work with a continuous improvement mindset, engaging in the producers dairy mission statement to identify, value, prioritize, resource, and sustain improvement opportunities. This position is responsible for owning and promoting a safety culture by ensuring a safe work environment and promoting proper safety behavior. This position is responsible for managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs. This position is responsible for analyzing workflow processes, establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors in a professional manner, ensuring bills are paid timely and vendor discounts are taken, while adhering to departmental procedures. This position is responsible for thoroughly reviewing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment, and other charges for accuracy, processing transactions to the correct general ledger account, and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance. This position is responsible for managing vendor statements for past due invoices and ensuring excellent attendance and punctuality. Other duties as assigned. Skills: Data entry, accounts payable, invoice processing, accounting, invoicing, purchase order, payable, reconciliation, SAP, Microsoft Excel, way match, Microsoft Office, invoice reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, vendor management. This is a contract to hire position based out of Fresno, CA. The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
