**Job Description**

Join our skilled team as a Welder, responsible for heavy MIG welding and fabricating large construction equipment. You will engage in job shop welding with a variety of tasks each day, including fitting and operating welding tools. Our welders are crucial in following safety procedures, positioning components, and executing precise welds according to blueprints. Your role will involve maintenance on welding equipment, understanding job specifications, and ensuring quality by removing excess weld and smoothing rough spots.

**Job Type**

This is a permanent position.

**Work Site**

This is a fully on-site position in Walton Hills, Ohio.

**Work Environment**

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $20-27. Work hours include a first shift from Monday to Friday, 6am-2:30pm, and a second shift from Monday to Thursday, 3:30pm-2am. Our team consists of 125 dedicated employees who build specialized construction equipment, working in a familial and supportive atmosphere under experienced leadership.
