General Job Description:  Our client is seeking a dynamic Portfolio Analyst for their Agile PMO team within Real Estate lending
The individual will need deep experience in reporting for executive stakeholders, discovery and reporting of portfolio projects, skills with ADO (Azure DevOps), Tableau, PowerBI, strong Agile knowledge, and excellent communication & multi-tasking skills.

Job Requirements: 
  • Support Agile PMO in portfolio management - analyze and report on project portfolios for executive stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Track and assess project performance - segment and prioritize portfolio efforts
  • Manage data in Azure DevOps (ADO) and utilize Tableau and PowerBI for reporting
  • Knowledge of agile practices and Lean Portfolio Management (LPM)
  • Essential soft skills: detail-oriented, strong multitasking, and effective communication across all levels of the business
