We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our team You will be responsible for the design and development of intelligent systems and industrial systems control. A successful candidate will have experience in stamping and assembly with exposure to the weld department.

Responsibilities
Create and improve automated systems and processes
Interpret CMM and scan data
Process Improvement/Countermeasure
PPM/8D/Root Cause Analysis (5-why)/Poka Yoke
PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
Control Plan
PFMEA
KFD/2D Balloon Drawings
Inspection Reports
Support the installation of both mechanical and controls upgrades
Document all technical procedures and user guides
Perform Gauge R&R (Repeatability and Reproducibility) Studies

Qualifications
Background in Metal Stamping quality
Solid negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong root-cause analysis skills and critical thinking skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Able to read basic and advanced part prints
Understanding of ANPQP system and requirements
Read Basic Measuring Equipment
