Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive customer support to both internal and external clients through various channels such as phone, fax, email, mail, internet, and in-person interactions. Handle a high volume of phone calls and correspondences, addressing all aspects of customer inquiries or requests, including warranty support, orders, product information/assembly, and shipping details, ensuring responses are provided within one business day. Efficiently manage escalated or complex calls and emails, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor to resolve issues effectively. Proactively identify and solve problems, leveraging existing troubleshooting tools to efficiently address and resolve complicated product issues. Accurately place warranty orders for customers to ensure their satisfaction. Document and communicate customer feedback to the relevant internal teams, ensuring continuous improvement in products and services. Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the support received. Assist in developing and updating customer service procedures and guidelines to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the support team. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and address any inter-departmental issues that may arise. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints to help in tracking and improving service quality. Ideal Experience A bachelor’s degree is a prerequisite. Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, internet navigation, and accurate typing at a minimum of 45+ WPM. Exhibit a professional speaking voice and excellent phone etiquette. Outstanding listening abilities, coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be proactive, self-motivated, and work well in a team. A positive attitude, high energy, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure are crucial. The candidate should be trustworthy and demonstrate a high level of integrity. Must excel at problem-solving. Capable of handling multiple tasks, innovatively resolving issues, and focusing on overall goals while maintaining attention to detail.
