Ware Malcomb has an exciting opportunity in our Denver office for an Architectural Project Manager
Architectural Project Managers are responsible for the management of entire projects, from start to finish including conceptual, schematic, design development, construction documentation and construction services. This role is responsible for leading consultants, internal resources, overseeing the development of contract documents, adhering to budgets, facilitating contracts, construction site representation, and are a primary client contact throughout the life of a project.
Architectural Project Manager Requirements:

7+ years of experience in the field of Architecture
Diverse commercial experience including Industrial, office, healthcare and/or retail project experience
Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
AutoCAD and Revit skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma
Thorough knowledge ofbuilding codes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents
