Key Responsibilities: •Achieve the location's growth objectives by generating new loans and expanding the client base. •Ensure compliance with ARM's policies and procedures, maintaining high operational standards. •Support risk management and collection activities to maintain a healthy loan portfolio. •Assist with loan operations to improve efficiency and ensure a positive client experience. •Participate in marketing and loan generation efforts within the region to build business. •Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and generate new business opportunities. •Provide detailed reports on loan operations and client interactions. •Collaborate with the Senior Loan Officer and team to develop and execute business strategies. Qualifications: •Strong background in agriculture, with experience in business development. •1-3 years of experience in credit and underwriting. •Proven ability to build and maintain relationships, promote loan volume, and ensure credit quality. •Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Experience with loan documentation and processes.
