Shipping/Inventory Clerk

Shipping & Inventory Clerk 1st Shift Schedule: MondayFriday, 6:00 AM2:30 PM (OT available on weekdays & Saturdays) About the Role We're looking for a detail-driven Shipping & Inventory Clerk to support our warehouse operations. In this hybrid role, you'll manage inventory accuracy, troubleshoot shipping/receiving issues, and collaborate across departments to keep materials flowing efficiently. Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain inventory systems and user interfaces Correct errors during receiving, picking, and shipping processes Document discrepancies and communicate with teams to resolve issues Use websites and portals to complete shipping transactions Generate cycle count lists and track outbound shipments Coordinate truck pickups/drop-offs and support production flow What You Bring 612 months of warehouse/inventory experience or solid work history Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general computer use Familiarity with FedEx, SAP, RF scanners, and auditing processes Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Excellent communication and teamwork skills Perks & Benefits $0.50 raise upon hire-on Medical coverage via Blue Cross/Blue Shield (Premier, Basic, Light plans) Dental & Vision insurance HSA & FSA options Short- and long-term disability coverage Paid holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas 401K with 50% match on the first 6% after 1 year Work Environment Spacious, clean, and well-lit warehouse Collaborative team culture with clear communication Steel-toed boots required at all times Opportunities for overtime and growth Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Otsego, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.35 - $21.35/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
