Senior Project Manager Embark on a transformative journey as a Senior Project Manager at Barclays. Our vision is clear to redefine the future of banking and craft innovative solutions. In this role, you are expected to build a product or suite of products based on business needs. You will be responsible for driving the delivery and performance of products, shaping the product strategy, and maintaining an in-depth understanding of market and customer needs. This position requires close collaboration with the Engineering team and USCB business to find the right technical solutions and follow all Barclays-defined coordination processes. To be successful as a Senior Project Manager, you should have experience with: Executing application fraud technology program and aligning product vision with business goals Managing and refining the product backlog into clear, actionable user stories Defining success metrics and ensuring features meet the definition of done Collaborating with delivery teams to resolve blockers and drive continuous improvement Facilitating workshops to gather requirements and align with UX best practices Some other highly valued skills may include: Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements Aligning product strategy with customer needs and organizational goals Ample interpersonal and communication skills Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and ceremonies You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills. This role is located in the Whippany, NJ office. Minimum Salary: $155,000 Maximum Salary: $225,000 The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available. Barclays employees are eligible for a suite of competitive and generous employee benefits, including medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k), life insurance, and other paid leave for qualifying circumstances. This position is eligible for an incentive award.
