Job Description Description: We are hiring a cleared Program Support Specialist II to support a U.S. Army NEC in Ft. Huachuca, Az. The Program Support Specialist II will be instrumental in supporting the management team in Ft. Huachuca. This multi-faceted role includes program management and quality management support, technical writing, supply and warehouse support, and accounting support to ensure the smooth operation of the Army NEC's services and functions.

Key Responsibilities: 1.

Program Management Support:

Aid in various program management functions such as risk documentation, scheduling, and workforce planning. Prepare for In-Process Reviews, creating slides and other relevant documentation. Take minutes during these reviews and support the development of various other deliverables like workload analysis reports and safety plans. 2.

Quality Management:

Engage in continuous quality management activities, including supporting performance metric monitoring, root cause analysis, and Quality Control Plan development. 3.

Training Certificate Management:

Assist the Site Manager in tracking and updating training certificates. This encompasses DoD Cyberspace Workforce Framework training, safety courses, and more. Ensure all relevant data is uploaded into the Army Training and Certification Tracking System (ATCTS). 4.

Logistics & Warehouse Support:

Provide support across various logistics functions. This includes hand receipt inventories, sub-hand receipt management, and integrating logistical operations. Be the primary contact for all logistical requirements essential to the NEC. 5.

Equipment Management:

Oversee Government-provided parts and equipment and create an audit trail for parts usage. Develop Parts Usage Reports that detail materials used for orders and coordinate the turn-in of unserviceable or obsolete parts and equipment. Handle procurement, inventory control, and distribution of contractor-provided tools, materials, and equipment. 6.

Accounting Support:

Provide accounting support related to supply and warehouse operations. Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and expense tracking. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3 year’s relevant experience. (An additional 2 years of experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.) Experience with program management and quality management principles. Experience with logistics and warehouse operations. Possess expertise in standard technical writing processes and procedures, ensuring clarity, conciseness, and accuracy in all documentation. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail. Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate them into clear and understandable documentation. Ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams. Experience with document version control systems is a plus. Must possess an active DoD Secret clearance.
