, you’ll be a vital team member who provides accounting structure and integral support of complex processes for a group of nonprofit clients, primarily churches and mission organizations. Salary:

Responsibilities Accounting transactions.

Perform transaction processing, journal entries, payment releases, month-end and year-end closes, general ledger account reconciliations, review of liabilities and accruals, adjustment entries, budget entries, and audits. Respond to multi-client questions in a timely manner. Advise clients on accounting processes, controls, and compliance. Follow GAAP financial controls when carrying out transactions. Financial reporting.

Provide financial reports to a group of clients and answer their questions about the reports, which may involve research. Teamwork.

Assist in client onboarding, maintain client relationships, train and

support other team members, and provide backup accounting coverage as needed. Qualifications Excellent communication

with team members and multiple clients; others-focused; curious Accounting skills ( nonprofit experience preferred),

accounting degree, GAAP proficient, trustworthy, detailed Natural problem solver

to discover issues, research/suggest options, execute solutions Technical savviness

to quickly learn and navigate new systems Financial reporting experience

using spreadsheets and accounting software Organizational skills

, including prioritization, focus, and discipline to meet deadlines Flexible, adaptable,
