Youll collaborate closely with caregivers and an interdisciplinary therapy team to support children in reaching meaningful functional goals such as: Navigating stairs Improving playground mobility Increasing strength, stability, and endurance Gaining independence in daily routines Key Responsibilities Perform evaluations, re-evaluations, and individualized care plans Deliver evidence-based PT interventions supporting motor function and mobility Provide caregiver education and home strategies Document treatment thoroughly and submit reports on time Participate in team meetings, collaboration, and clinical planning What Success Looks Like (Performance Metrics) 95%+ family satisfaction 80%+ therapy goals met at re-evaluation 100% billable hours completed per agreed caseload 90%+ client arrival rate All daily documentation completed within 24 hours Evaluations and progress reports submitted within 4872 hours Qualifications for Pediatric PT Jobs Who You Are Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in California Minimum 2 years of experience preferred (new grads welcome with strong interest in pediatrics) Strong interest in pediatric gross motor development Clear communicator with families and team members Adaptable, organized, and efficient with documentation Passionate about helping children gain confidence and independence Preferred Attributes Experience with torticollis, toe-walking, low tone, or motor delays Knowledge of sensory processing and early childhood development Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a plus Positive, solution-oriented, team-focused mindset Comfortable in a fast-paced but supportive clinic setting Why Live and Work in Ventura, CA?
